Ontological coaching is a transformational method that focuses on our "way of being" rather than just what we do or how we do it. Rooted in the study of human existence (ontology), we look at how our unique worldview, language, and daily habits shape our results. This is a deeper layer of coaching that many leaders pursue after experiencing breakthrough moments in our 6-Session Coaching Plan.
For those who pursue continuous growth, Ontological Coaching often becomes the “logical” next step.

If you think you have an acute issue that may be dealt with in one session or are simply exploring coaching or consulting for the first time, we’d recommend starting with a single session and evaluating afterwards.
If you know deep down that we will need more time, you will for sure accomplish more and also save money with the 6-Session plan, so let’s do that one if this is you.
